Pooja Alpha Philip is a seasoned Global People & Culture Officer with over 11 years of experience in diverse sectors. She is currently serving as the Global People & Culture Officer at Local Measure, where she is responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent across the organization. Prior to joining Local Measure, Pooja founded The Alpha Pursuit, a diversity initiative that aims to showcase, support, inspire, and motivate women entrepreneurs through an interview series. Her mission with The Alpha Pursuit was to uncover the stories of 100 diverse women entrepreneurs across the globe, give voice to the changemakers who are making a difference, and showcase the journey of an inspired woman to motivate others. Pooja has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant/ HR Project Manager at Appscore Digital, where she was responsible for hiring engineers to build the technology capability of the company. She also improved processes and system capability to enhance the hiring experience and managed HR projects related to system integration and customization using Bamboo and Greenhouse. Pooja holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Christ University and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from College of Engineering Chengannoor. She also completed her schooling from Girideepam Bethany. Pooja's tech stack includes expertise in Bamboo, iOS, Microservices, Integration, Mobile, React Native, and Android. With her extensive experience in the HR domain and her passion for diversity and inclusion, Pooja is a valuable asset to any organization.
